Als Mensch mit Fluchterfahrung kannst du die ersten 6 Monate bei Vorspiel in unsere regulären Sportgruppen kostenlos trainieren! Voraussetzung hierfür ist, dass es einen Platz in der Gruppe gibt.

SPORT FÜR ALLE

Vom 16. April bis zum 24. September bieten wir allen geflüchtete Personen die Möglichkeit, neue Sportarten mit uns auszuprobieren.

Wolltest du schon immer einmal Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, Volleyball oder Indiaca ausprobieren?

Komm zur Helmut-James-von-Moltke-Grundschule und trainiere jeden Donnerstag von 19 bis 21 Uhr mit Vorspiel.

Wir haben auch Freiwillige, die euch vor der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft in der Quedlinburger Str. 45, 10589 Berlin, jeden Donnerstag 18:30 abholen, und gemeinsam mit euch zur Sporthalle fahren .

If you have refugee experience, you can train for free in our regular sports groups at Vorspiel for the first 6 months! The only requirement is that there is space available in the group.

This year, we have two additional free programs for refugees: a mixed-gender sports program for everyone and a belly dancing class for women.

From the 16th of April till the 24th of September, we offer all persons with refugee experience the opportunity to try out new sports with us.

We also have volunteers who can pick you up outside the shared accomodation at Quedlinburger Str. 45, 10589 Berlin 6:30 pm and take you to the venue.
